Phil
Head Strength Coach
With over 15 years of coaching experience, Phil is our founder and most qualified coach with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, a MSc in Strength and Conditioning as well as a PGCE in education. Over the years Phil has coached a huge range of clients from Commonwealth Game athletes to clients with a range of ages, abilities and medical conditions. If you want a high, professional and data driven level of service then booking in some Personal Training sessions with Phil is your best course of action.

Strength Coach
Meet Charlotte. You’ll be supported by a coach who helps you move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence. With experience in personalised training, rehabilitation, and Soft Tissue Therapy (SMT), Charlotte supports your weight loss, strength development, injury recovery, and pain management through tailored coaching and programmes.
David
Strength Coach
Meet David. With a lifelong passion for physical activity, you’ll be working with a coach who pursued Sport and Exercise Science to First-Class BSc (Hons) level before qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Now coaching in a strength and conditioning facility, David is dedicated to helping you move forward with purpose, whatever stage you’re at in your fitness journey.
